Want to experience the energy industry from the inside and see first-hand how Shell works to deliver more value with less emissions? As a summer intern in Norske Shell, you will gain new skills by working on real life challenges, while collaborating and learning from experienced colleagues.
Internships 2025
- Duration: 9 weeks from 16 June to 15 August 2025
- Work location: Stavanger, Aukra or Kristiansund
- Application deadline: 3 January 2025
Requirements to the applicant
What we are looking for
- Candidates working towards a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree at Universities in Norway.
- Students from a broad range of disciplines will be considered, including but not limited to (petroleum) engineering, science, geoscience, digital/IT, finance, economics, industrial economics, environmental sciences, and corporate functions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, and fluent in English.
- Ability to work well in a team and independently.
- Learner mindset, self-starter, and positive attitude.
- Digital skills are a plus.
We conduct background checks according to our routines on all final candidates. We will ask candidates to disclose information about potential ties to high-risk and sanctioned countries.
We aim to conduct interviews during January & February, either face to face or virtually depending on your location. All applicants will receive feedback within 14th February 2025.

- Housing allowance may apply for those that need to rent accommodation.
