12.00pm - 13.00pm - Opening ceremony on Campus Bjergsted

The faculty arranges a separate opening ceremony with artistic elements on campus. The opening ceremony is for both students and staff from the Faculty of Performing Arts.

Location: Eikenes Hall on Campus Bjergsted

13.00pm - Barbecue and ''meet and greet'' in Bjergsted Park.

The event will take place outside in Bjergstedparken after the opening ceremony.
